Examinations & Promotions

1. There will be terminal and final examinations every year.
2. For promotion to the next class, student is required to pass in every subject securing a minimum of 40% beside the final examination; performances of the students in the entire class test and in the two terminal examinations will also be taken into account.
3. Any malpractice in answering the examination paper , even if discovered later , is punishable with the cancellation of the whole examination and may even mean expulsion from the school.
4. Cases of failures will not be reconsidered, paper will not be shown (final exam).
5. Student absent from an examination for any reason will not be re –examined. They should produce valid reason for their absence.
6. A minimum attendance of 85% will be required for promotion.
7. A student failing twice in the same class has to discontinue his studies from the school.
8. In all matters connected with the examination and promotion of student, decision of the principal is final.
9. Those who failed in any subject will not be ranked. Those who fail in ENGLISH will not be promoted.
10. Answer sheet of Annual Examination will not be shown to the students and guardians under any circumstances.
